Interviewer Registration

Dear Interviewers,

Thank you for participating in the interview process.  Please keep in mind it is very difficult for us to find replacements for interviewers so it is very important that you are available the times that you sign up to interview.  If you have questions, please email cvm-dvmadmissions@osu.edu.

Just a few reminders (please read carefully):

• Interview training will be available electronically.  You will receive a separate email with training information.

For new interviewers only:

• If you are a new interviewer, you must shadow one interview before you can officially sign up to interview. You may shadow additional interviews if desired. When you schedule your interview times below, do not include your shadow interviews only select the days and times you are “officially” ready to interview.  For example, a new interviewer can shadow at 8:30-9:30 am and 9:30-10:30 am, they can sign up to “officially” interview at 10:45-11:15 am that same day. You may decide to shadow one Saturday session, but officially interview subsequent Saturdays.  The choice of when you shadow is up to you.

For new and returning interviewers:

• There are two interviewers for each time slot and at least one person must be a veterinarian (DVM).
• Scheduled Interviewer Classification tells you if a NON-DVM or DVM has selected a time.  Please make sure you look review this when you are signing up for interviews.
• If “scheduled interview classification” is blank that means no interviewers have signed up for that particular time. 
• There can be 2 DVMs per time slot, but there cannot be 2 Non-DVMs per time slot.
• You must do at least 4 interviews, therefore you need to select at least 4 time slots.
